I've said it before, here, but it bears repeating - take any of Dubya's non-scriped utterances and I challenge anyone to show me evidence of higher-order thinking. No ability to analyze or evaluate. And when has he ever shown that he can see relationships among various events and come up with an original thought, a new take on something, because of his observations? Everything he says is a simplistic re-hashing of the only speech he knows...terra terra stand up stand down 9/11 terra blah blah!

So... the idea that he actually read and understood the ISG report is ludicrous in the extreme. :rofl: I'm insulted that the media thinks it can foist this nonsense off on the American people!
