Is this a sophisticated scam |

complete with an application for employment?
I never responded to their job offer and could find no Internet listing for United Aid International. The job description is very interesting.

3. Job description Job Title: official representative
Duties: Collecting donations into banking account and distribute them among disabled people in different countries by Western Union transfer system under supervision of UAI manager.
4. Termination of employment Either party can terminate this agreement with four weeks written notice. In the case where an employee is illiterate notice may be given by that employee verbally.
5. Wage 5.1 The employee’s wage shall be deposited into his personal banking account on the last working day of every 2 weeks and shall be composed of total number of donations received and transactions made. The wage shall be:$150 for each transaction made 5.2 The employer guarantee minimum of 20 transactions a month.

Collecting donations into a bank account and then sending them to people via Western Union? If this was legit you could use wire transfer right from the bank, and leave a paper trail for records.
Is this from Nigeria?

They either want to steal your bank info or identity, or stick you with a lot of bad checks. Why would they hire a complete stranger to do such a financially sensitive job?
