Open letter to any Republican politician
Edited on Fri Dec-08-06 04:09 PM by baby_mouse
Dear Sir or Madam,

I suggest one of your lot start pushing for impeachment. NOW.

You could wait for month or another year or 2 years for the hammer to fall, letting the mess build momentum until it's an absolutely unstoppable tornado of anti-Republican sentiment, perhaps burying your party forever under the debris, or you could act now.

Acting now will go against your training. You're supposed to stick together in the Republican Party. Following the leader certainly gets votes, doesn't it? However, it also attracts parasites, and your spidery party currently has a big fat chimp-faced digger wasp laying eggs in its paralysed body.

You might even be forgiven. It's possible. Switching sides at the last hurdle runs against wisdom, but you now have the ISG report on your side. The electorate might forgive you. You *might* get re-elected.

And if one of you starts, others will follow.

You are not the only Republican Senator who is starting to look up from the trough...

What will happen if you don't? George will simply carry on with his nonsense and drag the whole lot of you down with him. He's imploding. His Schwarzchild radius is expanding.

Don't be fooled by Tony standing next to him, Tony has absolutely no choice in the matter.

But YOU do...

1. Impeachment starts in the House
Not the Senate. Although it would be refreshing to see a Repug Senator stand up against Shrub.

2. Two words: Lincoln Chafee
 I doubt many are willing to follow that path.

5. Kick and Recommend! -- Lobbying every member means EVERY member. . .
When I say "We must lobby each and every Member of the House to fulfill their oath, introduce articles of impeachment, and make the case, I mean EVERY member."
