Can someone get me David Brooks' article on Iraq and civil war? |
|
I don't agree with what he's saying, but I want to see what exactly he says in his scenario. He compares Iraq's sectarian conflict to the 30 Years War in Europe between protestants and catholics. However, the New York Times has that stupid wall for "Times Select" which is bullshit, because initially they give you something like 15 days of free viewing until they pull the rug from underneath you.
I know that some NYT columns are syndicated in other papers. Can someone find me a site that does this? I can't find one on Google.

1. You think you should get NYT columnists for free? How about books, music, etc.? |
|
Creative content costs money.

Also, I doubt they're gaining much revenue from doing this. Salon did something similar for a while, but you can now get their recent content for free again. NYT should follow Salon's example.

3. The NYT has a lot more overhead. ALL newspapers have lost money and circulation. |
|
You can still get a good amount for free in the NYT.
