I was watching the HBO Tsunami movie and I thought,
Indonesia is the most populous Muslim country on Earth. The Iraq War has cost us about 300 billion so far. Do you think if we spent, say, a third of that on rebuilding Indonesia instead of the travesty in Iraq we might not have the entire Muslim world HATE US FOR THE NEXT 100 YEARS!!
Just thinking out loud.

1. It is a good thought, send $100 billion to rebuild areas damaged
...by the tsunami in that area. But let's make sure that Bush/Cheney are out of office or sure enough they will louse it up funneling most of that money to their rich buddies and no-bid contracts with Halliburton.

2. yes. and let's rebuild New Orleans and surrounding areas too.
With the adult takeover to start in January, let's pray that happens.
