4 yr-old Pre-K student accused of sexual harassment--suspended from school
Edited on Mon Dec-11-06 08:11 AM by Truth Hurts A Lot
Four-year-old suspended for hugging teacher's aid

Bellmead, TX - Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee

The principal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."

Blackwell says it's ridiculous that the aide would misread a hug from a four-year-old.

Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son's academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.

The student was black, although I'm sure that had nothing to do with the punishment. :sarcasm:

4. That aide has a dirty mind......
or worse. Most normal people wouldn't go there first when hugged by an affectionate four year old.

5. That's CRAZY
I have a 4-year-old. They just aren't capable of even understanding sexuality let alone sexually harassing. It simply isn't possible. They are completely sexually innocent.

6. That aide is sick and the principal is an idiot
When my son was 3-4 years old, he would sit on my lap, and rest his head on my breasts. He called them "Mommy's pillows". Sexual harrassment? That's crazy.

10. or daddy's pillows. Either way.
proof positive that america's victorian, puritanical, ultra-christian, anti-evolutionary Texan mentality is so hung up about breasts, that it explains the great numbers of strip clubs not far from all those baptist and evangelical churches. On saturday they goggle and grab, and get gassed. On sunday they preach to others what to avoid.

A 4 yr old. Guilty of sexual harassment? These people are insane.

America is dead. We have no future. Our educational system has been corrupted to the point that 27 skule districts are currently debating INTELLIGENT DESIGN!, for cripes sakes. 30% believe that Ye Olde Testament should replace science in the skules. Stem cell research has been slowed significantly because a moronic president says so. And the senate spent no time at all on science funding, but wasted days on Terri Schiavo. It was a great dream this country represented. Religion has taken us down into an abyss, and soon the new coming of the Dark Ages will engulf us all.

7. I hope the Blackwells sue for lots and lots of money--defamation, cruelty,
psychological damages, the lot--and never have to pay a penny of that kid's college education.

This is, by far, the most disturbing and disgusting thing I have ever heard of, in our public school system. A four-year old! A FOUR YEAR OLD! They are barely out of diapers! They can't even be considered 4 years old in their heads. They are repeating age 2 regressions and conflicts (temper tantrums, panic at separation, rage at being told "no," their first efforts at individuation). They are INFANTS half the time. Infants!

But at five. Now at five, I'd put 'em in jail for life for looking cross-eyed at a teacher's breasts. Teach 'em a lesson. Five year olds should know better. They should've read the memo. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, at 5.

Hell, I can't even satirize this. It is beyond the beyond in insanity.

Mr. and Mrs. Blackwell, sue their asses! For all our sakes!

11. This is natural, normal behavior for a pre-school aged child.
Behaviors Related to Sex and Sexuality in Preschool Children

-Touches/rubs own genitals when diapers are being changed, when going to sleep, when tense, excited or afraid.
-Explores differences between males and females, boys and girls.
-Touches the "private parts" of familiar adults and children.
-Takes advantage of opportunity to look at nude people.
-Asks about the genitals, breast, intercourse and babies.
-Erections
-Likes to be nude. May show others his/her genitals.
-Interested in watching people doing bathroom functions.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT!! Don't these idiots at the school know anything about normal childhood development. This makes me so sick. I work with abused and neglected children, and this 4yo has gotten into more trouble because of natural sexual behavior then most adult sexual offenders ever will.

12. f*cking ASS-inine... my 4 year-old
has a curiosity about my chest (she calls them "big balls") and sometimes makes jokes or tries to touch them. I tell her not to do it "in public". I don't make a big deal about it. She's curious about the differences between our bodies, and she wants to grow up to "be like Mommy". And she knows that she will have "big balls" one day. (It's hysterical when she tells my husband that he has "little balls").

I know a kid in her class (his Mom told me this) that has been touching his penis during nap time. He comes home and tells his mom, "I touched my pee-pee today!". She has told him that he should not do that in school, but otherwise, big f*cking deal. He is curious about his body, discovering himself.

I guess in Texas, both our kids would be locked up as perverts... or we'd be hauled off to jail for bad parenting.

F*cked up.

13. Okay, how come no one has asked
how did the female employee's chest get close enough to a 4-year-old's face for him to rub his face on it? How tall was this 4-year-old boy? Or how short was the employee? Makes ya wonder.

14. is Texas the same state that fired the art teacher for
taking her class to a museum where there were nude paintings/sculptures?

Evolution must be going backwards in Texas (sorry if that offends anyone here- you are all exceptions!)
