I can see Henry's big red tears now, shed for his fellow mass murderer.

1. Wouldn't he be subject to arrest in Chile?
I know there are places Kissinger avoids because of this "little problem" of his...

4. Well, he could do it on a Big Screen from his NYC penthouse.
Blubbering for his bloodbath brother.

2. I think Hank is liable to arrest in Chile
As well as in many other countries in the civilized world. About the only places he can go abroad anymore are England and Brazil.

10. Also, even if he could, it would be very risky for his life to do so.
The Chilean people would love to see him dead and would probably step aside if a Sirhan, Sirhan type of crazy was running around with a gun.

5. Only if he promises to croak
half way through the eulogy.
Now if he agreed to do this maybe the iron lady herself would complete it and follow suit. That would be the trifecta of my life.

Don't think this is impossible - it happened to an acquaintance of mine while he was delivering our mutual's friend's eulogy. It nearly killed a few more people at that service.

6. Henry Kissinger had these words with Nixon at the time of Pinochet's seizure of power:
Nixon: Nothing new of any importance or is there?
Kissinger: Nothing of very great consequence. The Chilean thing is getting consolidated and of course the newspapers are bleeding because a pro-Communist government has been overthrown.
Nixon: Isn't that something. Isn't that something.
Kissinger: I mean instead of celebrating – in the Eisenhower period we would be heroes.
Nixon: Well we didn't – as you know – our hand doesn't show on this one though.
Kissinger: We didn't do it. I mean we helped them. (Garbled) created the conditions as great as possible.
Nixon: That is right. And that is the way it is going to be played.

In other words, it's okay to help thugs overthrow democratically elected governments as long as you don't do it for them directly. This way, you can say your hands are technically clean.

8. Just Like Venezuela in 2002
After Carmona was deposed after being president-for-a-day, he let slip in an interview: "When we met with the American generals last December, they said they weren't going to send any troops."

18. Perhaps more importantly, it's okay to overthrow democratically elected governments as long as
they don't put US interests above the interests of their people.

7. A quote from Mr. K...
"American soldiers are dumb animals to be used in the furtherance of 'our' foreign policy. Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or 'promulgated,' that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this 'scenario', individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government. NAFTA is a major stepping stone to the New World Order."

14. If there is an afterlife, I believe that people like Hitler, Stalin and
Pinochet have to meet all their victims there and have to know in detail all the suffering that they caused first hand and in detail from each victim. This is the real Hell.

13. Do you think that there will be a public funeral?
I don't. It would lead to demonstrations and maybe even riots. I think any services at all will be held in private, either in a family home or even in another country.

16. Here is the famous meeting between Kissinger and Gen. Pinochet

This took place in 1974.

9 years later, this famous meeting took place:

The US government, bringing "democracy" to the third world in the name of Wall Street.
