1. I met a woman major once
I liked her, i hope it wasnae her. Really, the ethnocentricity of these posts to leave
out the hundreds thousands civilians begs wonder, progressive.

Viet nam killed millions more than 58,000, and iraq similarly has a ghastly death toll
that puts the military losses to pale.

3. We do better this time by keeping them alive. Just----
with no legs etc. We have had about 20,000 all shot up and I also think we had about 500,000 in Vietnam. My bet is Bush will send in more troops.

2. getting closer to that big 3,000.
Tragic about the major...but really, tragic about all of them - Iraqis included.

4. More like "racking up a legacy"
For extra fun, next time you discuss the war with a "support the troops, stay the course conservative",...ask him/her how many soldiers have died there.

A blank look usually masks a mind in search of a stupid republican catch phrase.

...well;
They volunteered
they knew it would be dangerous
More people die in LA every year
...uhhh
Would you rather Saddam was in charge?
Why do you hate America?

Hahaha
Gets 'em every time

5. Take your time formulating a "new" plan, Mr. President.
As you can see, there`s absolutely no rush.

6. I hate to tell you this...
But if Saddam were left in power, none of this crap would have happen.

The new Iraqi government is plagued with corruption, Shia death squads infiltrated the military in order to ensue ethnic cleansing, and everyone in Iraq wants every US soldier dead unless they leave ASAP.

None of this would have happen if Saddam would have left in power.

George W Bush is a worse madman than Saddam, and he deserve to be tried in a war crimes tribunal. I don't give a rat's ass if the MSNBC just viewed him as just a lousy "lame duck" president, he's not. He's a war criminal in the vein of Hitler and Stalin combined!

Iraq is the 21st century Vietnam. And we are about to take a bite out of this huge crap sandwich.

Cut and run, or there will be hell to pay!

7. bu$h does not care how many die in his little war
All he can think of is that oil sitting there under that sand and he is yet to get the oil companies hands on it. 3000 deaths of American youth and 700,000 Iraqi's mean absolutely nothing to the turd in the White House.
