Hmmm...Molly Ivins circa 1991-92 is downright eerie reading.

I've been listening to her read some of her columns in her book Who Let The Dogs In? this morning. Good night, her observations of Bush I could easily be substituted with Bush II. I knew the apple didn't fall too far from the tree, but heavens how quickly I forgot. Creepy, simply creepy. The shrub is like some kind of degraded clone...stupified.

we are seeing it in action now.

3. Well, you know a copy of a copy is never as sharp....I felt the same way when reading Molly's

writing about Dubya as Governor, it's deja vu all over again. A lot of the crap he pulled as Governor is being done, but on a much larger scale in DC.
