NeoCons were only part of Reshaping the World?
The Unitary President idea, takeover of Iraq's oil, and the repeal and diminution of the Constitution of the United States seems to be more than accidental in proximal timing. The failed NeoCons, or other secretive group, see themselves as vanguards of revolutionary thinking on shifting power and profit centers that involves ridden borders and laws to make way for the future they want. Privatization of everything and wacky plans such as the Trans-Texas Super Corridor are all moving behind the scenes and launched at a point where they are difficult to stop as instruments such as Eminent Domain are yielded upon the public (soon to be deprived their property).

Are these merely coincidence? Or as this link suggests, an overall coordinated effort to take on and re-shape the world in stark and unforgiving terms for those whom seek to control all. A world where (if not existing already) most of "the we" merely exist while "the they" enjoy the world's spoils at their pleasure.
