Who should get a "2006 Rochambeau Award"

If you watch "South Park", you'll know that the boys play a game called "Rochambeau" which basiocally involves kicking each other in the crotch until one gives up. Well, I'm proposing a "2006 Rochambeau Award" to the person who's actions in 2006 most deserve a good, swift kick to the groin. Let's have some nominations, DUers!!!

Unfortunately, because it just wouldn't be a contest, we cannot allow George W. Bush to be nominated for two reasons. 1. He would win hands down 2. There is no proof that Bush actually has balls.

My nominee is Donald Runsfeld. This douchebag has been responsible for more dead US troops than anyone since the Beirut Bombing in 1983. Then, after getting canned, he goes to Iraq and does a "victory Lap". What a loser!!
