Does anybody know what happened to Air America Radio's start in Orlando?

They had announcements on their website saying AAR was coming to 810AM in Orlando FL about a month ago. At the time there WAS no 810AM here in Orlando. Now there is one but it's the new "oldies" station playing a lot of 60's tunes...

Did the contract fall through, did someone pay off the owners to not put AAR on? Anyone with details would be appreciated...

1. Don't know, but I am still waiting for AAR to come to Tampa.

Meanwhile, I have just found out that in order to listen on the Internet, you have to pay (premium) beginning Feb 7th.

I am so upset....no Randi, no Mike Malloy....

2. Well I've been listening on XM Radio but that doesn't really

work in the office and I don't dare stream given our office's minimal T1 link...

Maybe we could put together a petition site to get them on the air down here?

I thought they were already on over in Tampa...
