the terrorists and Bin Laden's hands. I just finished watching a very disturbing Frontline documentary on terrorism in Europe post 9-11. Not that this is new or surprising news but watching that show really scared me. Ironic how the terrorists couldn't ask for a better government than the "anti terrorist" Bush administration. With the unprovoked invasion of Iraq and Bush regularly running rough shod over sensitive Islamic issues the US has all but confirmed everything that the radical Jihadists have been saying about the west for decades, which up till now only a handful had any reason to be swayed by. Iraq has become a training ground for the terrorists of future 9-11's not only in the coming years but the coming decades. And not only in the US but in just about all of Europe as well where the liberal EU border policies, otherwise a good idea, makes it easy for them to travel from one country to another setting up cells and making plans. Bush has so royally screwed the world over that I don't see any way out of this before many more 9-11's big and small occur.

1. There's a theory in foreign policy circles

that Iran manipulated ChimpCo into the whole deal. Chalabi, after all, was caught passing along information to the Iranians after the invasion, and nobody's really certain where those Niger forgeries came from. And the only country to come out ahead in the whole fiasco is Iran. Their longtime antagonist has been removed from power, a government not unlike their own has been installed and the US has been considerably weakened.

The Bushies got played by Iran, and they're too arrogant, stupid and incompetent to realize it.

BushCo had been planning invading Iraq long before 9-11 indeed long before they were even voted in. 9-11 just gave them carte blanc to enact their already flesh out Iraq plans.
