2. he hasn't learned anything since the August memo of 2001
"I’m not going to be rushed into making a difficult decision ... a necessary decision," he said.

3. Bush Dawdles for a Reason By Matthew Rothschild
With every day a wasting, with the number of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq now standing at 2,920 and climbing, Bush is dawdling.

The decider can’t seem to decide what to do about Iraq.

He is too prideful, too headstrong, too macho, too ignorant, and too foolish to do the sensible thing, which happens to be what a majority of the American people want, and that’s to set a timetable for withdrawal and get out of there.

No, that’s not on Bush’s agenda.

7. The Decider Is Indecisive
There seems to be much inner turmoil in the Bush administration about how to proceed next in Iraq. Voices from Dick Cheney's office are calling for America to back a Shiite led government. Condi Rice and the State Department think that's a bad idea, and that we need to appeal to the moderates in Iraq. So instead of announcing the decision before Christmas, as was anticipated, The Decider has boldly decided to not decide anything until next year.
