None of us know what life has in store for us or when we will be called away. That much is predictable. I have spent enough time on earth to know that sometimes things happen that cannot be explained. Also, I know that things unexpectedly can still happen. There are no guarantees in life or in the US Senate. All that has happened in the last day or so is just another chapter in life. I'm sure there is another chapter waiting to be written. The next act will not complete the book.

4. The fascinating daily magic show goes on. |

Complete with drama, beauty, suffering, catastrophes, madness, courage, cowardice, banality, and all the other things that makes me want to stick around to see how it all comes out. At least how it turns out in my blink-of-the-eye existence...then maybe on to another magic show..or maybe not.
