We need to know what caused Senator Johnsons "stroke" or "heart attack".

We need to know this because, like it or not, Senator Johnson's position is pivotal.

There is simply no coincidence, in the reality that his absense and that his collapse stands to conveniently shift the power to the Republicans.

That fact and line in the sand cannot be denied.

Mr. Johnson is not old. That is certainly another reason we need to obtain more facts and get to the bottom of his collapse.

Even if this were in fact simply the genetic defect that is now being claimed, doubts still linger, and the fact that many of our officials have met untimely deaths, when there are lingering doubts and questions left unanswered, it allows fear and mistrust to manifest itself and continually taint our political system and more importantly, our legislators choices which affect our lives and our freedoms.

It's congenital, some people never suffer consequences from it, some people bleed out and die. Hopefully he has no long term disability as a result of his attack yesterday and he will heal from his surgery successfully, in which case his prognosis would be good.
