Its just an 18% value appreciation. That washer I've been looking at for the last 6 months, hoping the price would drop? It didn't. Instead they just slapped an extra $100 and claimed that they put it on sale.
I'm thinking things are due to get really bad in the not too distant future.

here in the US and no longer do will start to climb.
If China succumbs to pressure to let the yuan float, then expect to see a lot of inflation very quickly.
