Rice Says She Won't Talk With Iran And Syria About Iraq
http://voanews.com/english/2006-12-15-voa12.cfm

By VOA News
15 December 2006

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has rejected the idea of holding talks with Iran and Syria on reducing violence in Iraq.

Rice told the Washington Post newspaper she opposed the bipartisan Iraq Study Group's recommendation to engage the two countries, explaining that the compensation required for any deal with them might be too high.

Rice said that if the two countries have an interest in stabilizing Iraq "they will do it anyway."

The secretary also said the administration would continue to push to promote democracy in the Middle East.

1. And when they "do it anyway," she'll call it provocation...

...so that her husband can have two more Middle East countries in which to "promote democracy."

2. So why do we have a Secretary of State?
She's an idiot, her boss is an idiot. Lets save the taxpayers a few bucks condi by resigning. Obviously you don't have any desire to do the duties of the job you are getting paid for so go home.
