2. There's some suggestion that Bush has threatened to cut off help
unless Nagin and Blanco keep their mouth's shut

3. I know he's a DINO, but I feel sort of sorry for him. He can't win.
He's being totally screwed by the Republican power base that supported his run for mayor.
