"Goss said he cannot afford treatment and has no access to the Veterans Administration health system because he was not discharged honorably from the Army. His discharge papers did not state the reason.

There is no excuse for this. If we send a soldier into combat and he comes back in need of help, we should see he gets it. That's the least we can do. Discharge be damned.

1. more than likely his condition is why he had an other than honorable discharge
there is no excuse for this, it can't be money cause we are wasting 150 thousand plus a minute in the WOT
