whoever he is. If I hadn't been forewarned I would've sworn it was written by someone from The Onion.

It's so good to know we have dedicated people watching out for things like this.

The New Zealand quack who operates the soy online site linked in the Top Ten is a director of the Weston A. Price Foundation, which makes anything he says suspect. WAP heavily promotes eating MORE high saturated fat meat and dairy as the road to health. They have strong ties to the dairy industry, no surprise.

His scaremongering re: soy beans is based on results from feeding massive amounts of soy to animals - not normal amounts to human beings.

We drink Silk soymilk and we love it. My husband still has a normal size penis and hasn't grown manboobs or developed a sudden interest in asking for directions. :-)
