Need bad guys from the 20th century
for an English project for a teacher. She has the main ones, Hitler, Goebbels, Reagan (Haha!!) but needs some less famous ones. If you know of any, could you put them on this thread?? And this is a serious request, please - so don't mess me up with fake names, and stuff, you crazy DUers!!!

25. A mixed bag.
Universal health care, 98% literacy in free public schools. Balanced against suppression of dissent, summary execution of political enemies.

If he had gotten the support from the US he asked for in the late 50s, he might have wound up being a mild socialist and good friend to the US but our hysterical response pushed him into the Soviet camp where he became their good friend and loyal ally.
