The Bush administration's brutal assault on 'Equal Protection Under the Law' as the lynchpin of their evil, diabolical agenda. Whether it's the outrageous ''Terry's Law'', the proposed ban on Gay Marriage, the torturing of prisoners in US custody, the extra judicial imprisonment of US citizens without criminal charges, domestic spying, or any of the other terrible things they've brought to this great nation, there's one common thread: a total disdain, a vitriolic HATRED for 'Equal Protection under the Law'.

And while I don't sympathize with Hussein's plight - he most certainly deserves to be on the docket - he also deserves a FAIR AND IMPARTIAL TRIAL.
