CNN waits breathlessly for Trump/Miss USA news conference.
...and I'm sure the Iraqis are all huddled around their video monitors.

1. Don't forget the lost climbers
My heart goes out to their families, of course, but is 24/7 saturation coverage necessary?

4. problem
There just doesn't need to be 24-hour news channels. But because there are, they need to fill the time. And because they need to fill the time, and they have competitors, they need to fill the time with new content.

And in order to fill the time with new content, many times they need to promote/make news, rather than showing more of the same because the audience is stupid, has short attention spans, and will flip the channel to Deal or No Deal otherwise.

It's crap.

9. Trump should have trumped her. She's into paint thinner?
I don't think we need a cheap 'ho like this as a role model for young women.

12. Miss USA is an actress...
and I think she was doing some very good acting. I think she has no plans to stop "partying". She is pulling the wool over a lot people's eyes - including Donald Trump - in my opinion. However, Trump is doing this for personal gain and ego, imo.
