Anyone speak German? I just bought something on German Ebay.

Kind of by accident. Well, I did want the item, but didn't know that I had actually confirmed purchase and now I need a little translation help!

Update: For future reference, I got this far with the transacation via the website www.freetranslation.com I've used this site many times and it works like a champ. When it came to the nuts and bolts of the transaction, something was lost in translation, but it general it can be very helpful.

Like I said, I never used Ebay. I'd agree that 6,90 sounds too low but from this excerpt, one can't see how much the amount might be for overseas or how it's called. It could be that this is the amount needed for transportation in Germany.

I think we both wanted to answer fast and didn't use the exact translation for "Versand". Maybe "Shipping to:.." would be better? I've never used Ebay but I suppose it indicates that the seller expected to sell it within the European Union. I only mention it as Scout1071 might have to clear that up with the seller.

25. Honestly? I'm not sure. I was on a hunt for this particular item.

I ended up looking at a UK vendor and at the very bottom of the page I noticed links for other countries. So, I thought I would check Germany because this particular brand is made in Germany and voila! There they were.

One way is when searching there is an option to search worldwide or locally.

The second way is from the Ebay man page, look on the left hand side and scroll down to a box that says "Global Sites" There is a dropdown box that lets you choose from any Ebay national site.
