Something that hasn't been discussed re: Cindy Sheehan
They threw her out due to her "demonstrating" right? No political demonstrations are allowed in the chambers? Then what the hell did we see last night? Isn't the State of the Union address nothing more than one long political demonstration televised on every channel? Aren't little American flag lapel pins political demonstrations? I know I saw at least a few people wearing those last night. Isn't hooting and hollering during different parts of the SotU a political demonstration?

Why are all of those demonstrations allowed, but Cindy Sheehan's shirt not allowed?

3. I loved it when dems stood and repubs sat at the soc sec lines
when Mr.bush was dissing the repubs for blocking his social security "enhancements", and the dems all stood and applauded.

4. Awww... Is the little bitty Boy King scared of the Big Bad Ol' Cindy?!
Isn't it interesting that, even given the salient point you've made regarding what forms of demonstrations ARE allowed, Bush and company are completely intimidated by a peaceful, soft-spoken, consistently on-message activist named Cindy Sheehan?

I got to meet Cindy when I took a carload of supplies to Camp Casey in August. I remain impressed by her courage and her integrity, two things about which Bush remains woefully ignorant.

I am pleased that so many of us support Cindy and her efforts to end the carnage in Iraq.

Warm regards,

Cheryl Ann

5. Purple fingers anyone?
Thankfully the woman didn't make the democrats look bad or extreme by organizing people to paint their fingers purple... :sarcasm:

6. Because the White Males in power are afraid
Very afraid.

And the one thing that scares them the most is TRUTH.

Cindy had a NUMBER on her shirt. A factual, documented number.

Now think about this. Why does that particular number frighten the NeoCons?
