fake cowboy complete with boots, hat and jeans. Chucklenuts has the wooden head, blank, vacant stare, amd a bunch of strings attached to his body making him act according to the operator's (Cheney and PNAC) will. He even has that stiff jaw/mouth flapping open and closed trying to talk.
