Savage: "My fear is that if the Democrats win , and I'm afraid that they might, you're going to see America melt down faster that you could ever imagine. It will happen overnight, and it could lead to the breakup of the United States of America, the way the Soviet Union broke up." <10/13/06>

1. as much as I despise
Michael Winer, he does have a point.

I too fear the country will break up a la USSR, but not because of Dems, but rather the policies of the RW... is Mr. Wiener projecting?

4. Wouldn't you really have to wait until
after Democrats actually took over to say for sure?

5. " it could lead to the breakup of the United States of America"
Honest to christ! Bastards like this will do or say anything for money. He doesn't believe that any more than we do but he'll say it anyway knowing full well that his disgusting fan base will take it to heart.
I remember the end of "Saving Private Ryan" when the elderly Ryan asked his wife to reassure him that he was a good man, that the sacrifices made for him were "worth it". Well, Michael Weiner is not a good man. He is a destructive prick, nothing more and nothing less. Without him the world would be a little better and a little brighter. I loathe people like him.
