"One night of poor judgement" |
|
Edited on Sat Dec-23-06 03:40 PM by SoCalDem
Geez Louise..another tearful teen (who apparently is a graduate of the Tammy Faye Académie de Beauté) is whining about losing her "crown"..
Teens do stupid things... always have ..always will.
The difference these days is the internet(s) and cameras cameras cameras everywhere.
Here's hoping that ALL parents of young teens (especially cute girls) have aheart-to-heart with these kids and that the kids actually listen..
we always told our boys to be careful.. that anything they might do "could" end up in the paper, and if they didn't want to see it on the front page, ..don't do it :)

1. I just can't believe how much media attention has been given... |
|
to that story.
If I never saw Donald Trump or heard his name again, I'd be a very happy woman.
But, you're right about the cameras. And our warnings should add, "Don't lift your shirt for a video camera (Girls Gone Wild)," and "Don't allow your partner to make a home video of your bedroom antics."

2. Yep.. the real story here is how many parents don't seem to be |
|
getting through to their flirtacious girls..
Every girl should imagine her DAD viewing any picture she has taken of her..or having Grandpa & his geezer-pals looking at her..
ANY picture take of you CAN (and often does) linger and end up online (where it lives FOREVER)..

3. I resent that "Grandpa and his geezer pals looking at her,". |
|
as if all Grandfathers fall in that category.

5. We are not talking about one night of poor judgment. |
|
We are talking about many nights of reckless disregard of the consequences. Where in the hell were her parents while she was growing up. Probably had their eyes closed.

8. I though the subject line was about the night in 1945 Poppy and Babs got in on |
|
and planted the demon seed.

9. It seems a lot of people lack conscience or judgement... |
|
...but now there's a remedy for that.
YouTube and Blogsylvania
There may be no such thing as Santa Claus monitoring you for good or bad behavior...but do something stupid or dis someone and THAT VERY NIGHT you'll be all over the net and people are figuratively pointing their fingers and laughing at you.
