Blocked all amendments to the bankruptcy bill while it was under consideration in his committee, all the while holding huge amounts of bank stock in his portfolio. Then, after the bill passed, he blocked any and all help to Katrina victims in the bill by refusing to allow consideration of a delay in the effective date of the bill. What a piece of work!
