this J.D. (law degree) is just hoping there's a suit, so that I can contribute to the legal fund.

I could blather on about ConLaw, but I'll spare everyone the torture (of hearing my percepton of it).

This is content-based, and there is no compelling governmental interest here.

Now, as to the criminal charge, I'm guessing it will be dropped faster than you can spit, for they don't want this one seeing the light of day.

This is the dirty little technique they employ ... too bad we don't have media with a spine.
