Uh, oh, Freepers will be in meltdown. CBS shows Private Ryan killing scenes |

CBS showed the landings in France from Saving Private Ryan. This is from the Kennedy Centers Honors program. I'm sure the Freepers are freaking out about CBS showing what war is all about, Killing.

As long as they don't have to serve and they can see killing on both sides of the aisle.

4. I think they prefer the John Wayne/Sylvester Stallone killing |
|
and not the "Platoon" or "Saving Private Ryan" killing...especially when the soldiers act like humans instead of scripted Hollywood cartoons. In "Saving Private Ryan" we see Allied forces shoot unarmed Germans who are attempting to surrender. Which happened. And we see mercy shown to a German soldier...who later reappears to fire upon Allied forces. The horror is there. Not the vainglorious freeper wet dreams of combat. So, I doubt the freepers like the raw stuff. They want their illusions of war.
