I mean this is his baby and all. Maybe Rove could arrange to have a huge poster be put up behind Dimbulb and Saddam that reads Mission Accomplished as he pulls the lever?

It would only be appropriate. I bet Deadeye Dick would volunteer to do the deed if Chimpy chickened out at the last moment.

2. Sick sick sick!!!!!!!!!!Isnt that as barbaric as people can get
Hanging people in the view of everyone and on national tv.First they take Saddam's country and everything he owned, killed his sons and then patched them up and paraded them in the streets.
Way to go bush and cheney!!!!!!!!You rotten bastards
Nothing like starting a phony war against a country that did nothing to us and then get almost a million iraqi's killed and so many of our troops dead and mutilated.
Happy now george???
Payback is a bitch

3. Its not Georges fault. This was all the fault of bad intelligence
That is what the NYT, WaPo, AP, Reuters and cable news keep telling me.

8. It's going to be on TV?
I missed that. Are you serious? That's sick. I thought hanging died (no pun intended) in the medieval ages. But boy would Georgie like that.

4. Deadeye and the shrub should....
be beside him in the gallows in MHO! But I'd personally prefer to see them rot in prison for the next 20 years!
They are no better!

6. Bush and Cheney should at least be present when the trap falls.
I don't say hanging Saddam Hussein is right...but these two chickenhawks DESERVE a chance to see a man get killed right in front of their smirking, sneering faces.

Hanging isn't an easy or pretty way to go either. If they don't get the knot right, the result is strangulation rather than a cleanly broken neck.

This really, really bothers me. A LOT.

7. Only if by doing so...
a trap door simultaneously opens under his own feet and allows him to fall into a tank full of sharks with laser beams attached to their heads. Both parties are guilty of killing thousands of Iraqis for their own gain - tit for tat and all that.

9. No.
Bush should have to shoot Saddam in the face himself with a .45 magnum. I think of that scene in "Lord of War" where Nic Cage's character is forced to shoot a rival arms dealer in the head. The warlord says, "Oh, you want him dead, but you don't want to have to do it yourself, is that it?"

Has Bush ever killed anybody with his own hands? No, he just has other people do his work. Let him shoot Saddam in the head himself. Let him live with that.

12. Imagine invading a country
illegally, setting up a kangaroo court and sentencing the leader to hang. Oh this has gone way beyond imagination. This planet is loaded with evil men. I hope Bushco know that same knife stick sheep, stick goat.

14. Man, we need Saddam to testify at Bush's trial.
What a sham of a trial that guy had. A puppet trial during a war...how many of his lawyers were killed? His execution will make the country explode.
