I read this somewhere. Basically, he can't even talk about NO. He could only talk about Iraq in the "spreading democracy" way (which people don't even like) instead of in the "war on terror" way. He basically can't say anything without starting an argument with himself. He has become completely unable to discern solutions to problems because every time he fails at a solution, he just redefines what the problem was in the first place. Then he is left with the old problem and the new problem, with a solution that only fits the first one and didn't even work.
