abortion providers. His complaint got thrown out of court today. The second time in two weeks. The judge keeps telling our State Attorney General that he does not have jurisdiction to file in Sedgwick County without approval by the county DA (she says "no" to helping Kline) or our governor (who also says "no" to helping Kline.
Kline has spent the majority of his time in office trying to get medical records from abortion providers. He says it is to combat underage sex, rape and incest but he so far he has refused to go after perpetrators, instead he is focusing on abortion providers in an attempt to close them all down in Kansas.
