Bush continues to admit he broke the law and even brags about it
with the warrantless domestic spying--he spoke of it last night, too--and yet nothing is done. He continues to get away with things a Democratic president would have been impeached over. All in the name of "Terrah".

Something is very wrong in this country that more people are not up in arms over this and all the other acts of treason and deception caused at the hands of this administration.

1. It's not Ben Franklin's America anymore
The shrub would be hanging high from the gallows for what he has done if the Founding Fathers were here.

We each can remain a thorn in shrub's side. We must never give up and continue to support what we believe in and live our values with integrity.

This will pass, but shrub's legacy will take a lot of work to fix. I've come to realize that many folks just don't care as long as they can watch American Idol and eat their popcorn. So sad.

5. But maybe now Ben Franklin
was right when he wanted the turkey to be the national bird.

2. Here's the rub, George...
Most of the "terrah" in this country today emanates from the White House. Total "official"-ly dead as of today: 2243. UNNECESSARILY.

4. They impeached Bill Clinton over a blowjob.
Why now should they back down from out and out robbery? No one stopped the dog and Clinton pony show, so why expect anyone to stop Repukes from destroying everything fine and good about America now? No one called Reagan on his apparent lack of memory over Iran-Contra, Bush Sr. pardoned (or saw them conviently get a brain tumor and die) all the big players! Then there was the S&L scandal (nothing). The PNAC crowd rob and pillage this country and have been for generations...why stop now?

I DARE someone to try and stop them!

6. It is a matter of Law, not public opinion.
Edited on Wed Feb-01-06 06:31 PM by Disturbed
The Neo Fascists have framed this as a political issue when it is a matter of Law. They have successfully duped a majority of Amerikans that it is ok for the Govt. to break the Law to secure the Nation. It's more RW BS. The Law was violated on numerous occassions. Indictements need to be brought forth.

“Secondly, there are such things as roving wiretaps. Now, by the way, any time you hear the United States government talking about wiretap, it requires -- a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way. When we're talking about chasing down terrorists, we're talking about getting a court order before we do so. It's important for our fellow citizens to understand, when you think Patriot Act, constitutional guarantees are in place when it comes to doing what is necessary to protect our homeland, because we value the Constitution.”
