They have had to change this site drastically many times over to handle the ever increasing size and noise. Amazingly, in the time I've been here, pretty much each change has been an improvement. But I wonder, as I'm sure many wonder, when a wall will be hit and it will just be too much noise.

. . .i'm not sure that i see it as dubious. People come and go here, and i don't really believe that we actually have 100,000 users. Geez, we've probably tombstoned 10,000! (Ok, maybe not that many, but a whole lot!)

but even in the short time I've been here, I see a lot more names I don't offhand recognize. Not really a bad thing in my opinion. I like hearing from unfamiliar voices and have no problem sending my name out in to the huge auditorium here. I've not reached my limit yet.

10. And they are a freeper. I know Skinner gave out the post when we reached some other milestone. It

would be funny if it were a freepers first post and it got all that unexpected attention. Sorta like those old movies that show bank robbers going into the bank and they are cheered as their millionth customer with balloons and hoopla that a bank robber would not want.
