Bush will schedule a speech to the nation. He will demonstrate for the American people the redux of his best Karla Faye Tucker giggle. He will not be able to restrain his joy. I wish I did not think our leader thought like this, but everybody should know him by now. He is a psychopath. You might notice a couple of inappropriate laughs during his conference as he pays tribute to the "Iraqi people" for bringing to justice the criminal, Saddam. Stop him before he kills again.

I am rather surprised he is not worried about setting a precendence for the arrest, conviction and execution of the leader of a country under the control of the United States for crimes against humanity committed as the result of that leader's governmental policies.
