Are you guys watching the crap on Lou Dobbs? Re: Partisanship
They pick a handful of testimonials from Silicon Valley from people who say that they didn't like the way the Democrats stood up against Bush on the Social Security issue.

There is such terrible, terrible spinning going on about how the Democrats are showing too much partisanship.

My guess is that this has happened because the Democrats haven't defined what they stand for, therefore they have no soundbites to sell to the American people that they can turn around to explain why they want a strong two party system in this country.

3. Lou Dobbs was a Republican shill before the immigration issue
came along. He helped the Republicans during the Clinton era by stirring the very shit he claims now is bad for the country.

Too bad we can't get soundbites to throw in their faces. Now that they have all three branches of government, they want the status quo to remain in place.

8. this is part of the 'reason' the DINOs give for NOT showing spine:
whenever they do, they're ATTACKED relentlessly for being too partisan/shrill/crazy

the media LOVE running that meme into the ground

Dems need to wise up and include their OWN criticism of the far right corporate media EVERY time they make an oppositional statement, just as the pugs have been doing since NIXON

You thought the Dems were all slapped in place and couldn't upstage the cretin and his stooges. Well Bush Monkey's handlers left open a gap and the Dems RIPPED him good. He's as dumb as his Freeper followers.

14. Autocratic white men never like their authority questioned.
They don't realize how pompous they come across. They think they have a monopoly on anger.

13. Dems will be accused of partisanship no matter what they do.
We would get accused of partisanship even if our party was composed entirely of Joe Liebermans. If we're going to get accused of it anyway, we might as well just embrace it and learn how to do it really effectively.

16. The only ones allowed to be partisan are Republicans
apparently.

And we could all have the Dem Party agenda printed on our chests, and they'd still say we didn't have a plan and/or that we stand for nothing.
