That is what it seems like the result will be.

Then I guess Bush will get his damn additional troops :eyes:

11. My first thought was: "Well, THAT should settle everybody down."
Not.

There's no way this isn't going to make the violence worse. On the other hand, once George W. has finally killed the man who tried to kill his daddy, maybe he will decide he's had all the fun the presidency has to offer and resign and leave others to clean up his mess.

C ya,

The Plaid Adder

13. You are correct....
They will first seek revenge against the American puppets and some of them will likely meet with very violent deaths. Then they will target Americans or American interests. This will expand the violence outside of Iraq because the majority of the neighboring countries are Sunni. Possibly, or likely, a very terrible and catastrophic decision.

* needs another 9/11 so he can try to redeem his f*ing 'legacy'.

Sounds outlandish, I know. Yet I believe the sociopaths running our country -while pissing on our Constitution - are entirely capable of that kind of evil.

12. If the Shiites execute Saddam, then yes it would most likely inflame the Sunnis
The Sunnis are not enamored of Saddam, but they hate the Shiites more, so if the Shiites are the front line orchestrators of Saddam's hanging, then I think the Sunnis will add that to their list of reasons to continue hating Shiites and Americans.

16. The Iraqis don't support or not support Saddam. Its our leaders who are causing
the chaos and the terrorism. Not the Iraqis or their leaders.

Wake up America.

Innocent people are dying because so many of you are intentionally staying asleep.

17. The 29%-er Shrub-lover wingnut said: "Kicking Arab butt"
Edited on Thu Dec-28-06 08:03 PM by UTUSN
Back when Shrub was rolling out a new "reason" for the Iraq attack every week to see which one would fly, the local radio talkshow wingnut host was hosting somebody from Stratfor ("intelligence" think tank) all the time and, while they accepted all the different "reasons", the thing they focused on more than anything else was the "NEED TO KICK ARAB BUTT".

This appears to be the consummation of it. Plus, for the revenge-ridden Shrub, it must be that much sweeter to get the (puppet) Arabs to do it "themselves".
