My Ignore List (so far): Have I missed many? |
|
 Ignored GD Threads List, that is ...
With all respect to Gerald Ford: Remember, he pardoned Nixon. Gee, are we now going to see posts about how the BFEE killed Gerald Ford? Gerald Ford and genocide in East Timor. Remember the victims. Was there a Nixon/Ford quid pro quo? Gerald Rudolph Ford 1913-2006 (with photos) This country could use more Gerald Fords Stop trying to tell me Gerald Ford was a good, decent man. Gerald R. Ford Sort Of Goes To Heaven. The thing that Ford was MOST proud of is the biggest stain on democracy Covered up the Kennedy murder, pardoned Nixon, what a swell guy. Gerald Ford didn't attend the funeral of the Marine who saved his life Enough about how bad Gerald Ford was. How about a poll on the real issue? Ford was NOT the only unelected president! One More Note On The Ford Hagiographers All of this Ford-bashing is really disheartening... FORD & BUSH: Compare and Contrast Cheney re Ford: "assumed the nation's highest office during the greatest constitutional crisis" Ford's Staff: Cheney, Rummy, & Jim Baker ---pix--->>> Jimmy Carter remembers Gerald Ford Do Blair & Ford know too much? Something to consider about Ford's selection.... Ford pardon "sealed Watergate shut " Gerald Ford and his staff's reaction to losing to Jimmy Carter Post all your Anti-Ford things here in this thread. Pix, articles, stories.. whatever u want So who will be the NEW Gerald Ford? Ford wasn't a perfect man One thing we can all thank Gerald Ford - Justice John Paul Stevens Do You Agree With Ford's Call For Congress To "Rebuke" Clinton? Sorry - I remember Ford as a "placeholder" and not much else. Edwards Statement on the passing of President Ford To Lionize or Demonize... This Takes The Cake Re: Gerald Ford Gerald R. Ford - Biography from Whitehouse.gov site This whole Gerald Ford thing... OK, you don't like that Ford pardoned Nixon Dennis Kucinich on Gerald Ford... I've lost much of my humanity. Ford felt he would go to hell when he dies Gerald Ford, Unsentimentally - The Progrssive editorial Would Nixon have been pardoned if he and Ford were both Democrats? Dana Carvey Announces Gerald Ford's Death I remember Betty Ford and how she impressed me. Before this week did you know that Ford gave approval and aid for genocide in East Timor Breaking news.........Gerald Ford still dead. With Ford's death, history is being rewritten and On Ford, seems like he was one boring man.... Ford disagreed with Bush on Iraq Whose death makes you sadder? Gerald Ford - War Hero! Who was clumsier, ford or bush? Ford re Cheney: "was an excellent chief of staff. First class…has become much more pugnacious" More Ford... re Bush's wiretapping: "I was dumbfounded when I heard they were doing it." Bill Bennett: Ford cowardly for embargoing anti-Iraq war views until after his death. Gerald Ford was a war criminal, straight and simple! Ford Administration: Same gangster enterprise as the current Bush regime Bush is skipping Ford's state funeral on Saturday to stay in Texas I am sick of the "GREAT FORD"

6. I'm bummed, my thread was only #7 on your list. |
|
I'll get over it.
It's history. Ford's still dead, and so is Nixon.
Excuse me for my built-up resentment explosion. I couldn't help myself.

19. How people can hate Gerald Ford is beyond me |
|
By all accounts he was exactly what we (they everyone) hopes for in a public servant.
He didn't want to be Veep-it was a serious step down for him and he didn't want to be POTUS he just wanted to serve his constituents in Michigan but events made different demands.
