1. Television was a good idea that went bad.

11. "TV is a medium because it's neither rare nor well done"
Ernie Kovacks said that.

2. I don't get this new fad of "journalists" interviewing each other, either.
When Gerald Ford died, Anderson Cooper interviewed Wolf Blitzer, and then Brian Williams interviewed Tom Brokaw.

To me, it's incredibly lazy journalism.

12. Rolodex journalism
Comes from producers and "journalists" too lazy to get up from their desks to get guests who, you know, actually make news instead of watching news.

3. Glenn Beck is the worst, hands down.
The only person who comes close to his level of idiocy is the original ass-carrot himself Bill O'Reilly.

5. On Wednesday, Beck "attracted" about 400k viewers during his
two hours on Prime Time Live...

Out of this great country of ours, all 300+ million, only about 1 10th pf one percent of the people actually tuned in to watch this blowhard...

Damn, give me a show and I would get at least that much and would do it for 75k a year...

6. Why not give a show to Tom Hartman or Malloy?
It's not like the Right Wing is so hot these days.

8. That's what I don't understand...
The only time that I am aware of that this guy got good numbers is when he went ape shit crazy over the congressman elect who wanted to use the Koran in his swearing in ceremony....
