When businessmen bragg about working so hard consider how they won't shovel their walks.

A week after the big storm, few businesses in the Denver area have shoveled their walks. I guess they're too busy dodging taxes or applying for government subsidies.

Most Denverites have already dug out and shoveled their sidewalks yet the businesses haven't. But the McDonald's HAS raised their prices. Maybe they needed the extra cash to shovel their walks, which remain covered in snow.

at a business that doesn't have the courtesy to clean their store or shovel their snow.

2. if there wasn't a minimum wage, they could afford to hire a shoveler
that's probably the kind of dumb shit answer you'd get from one of 'em.

3. Insurance issue. If you shovel and they still fall, they can sue & win...
if it's a natural accumulation and the prop owner leaves it alone IIRC he does not have the same liability.
