Shorter WaPo: We don't understand the concept of ethics and morality
The true measure of a person, or an organization's character, is how they treat someone they disgaree with. For example: It is a sign of intergrity for an organization to stand up for people's right to privacy, then to defend the privacy of a person who has ridiculed that organization and the concept of personal privacy again and again, like in the case of the ACLU and Rush Limbaugh.

You cannot advocate one position, but then contradict that position when it serves your interest to do so. That would be hypocritical and unethical.

The Washington Post editorial board seems baffled by human rights groups acting in a manner morally and ethically consistent with their advocacy. This demostrates that the writers do not grasp the concepts of mortality or ethics.

This explains so many things.
