.authorities....if he is still in US custody, as I understand it, they can't hand him over to the Iraqis until there is a ruling coming down from Federal Court where Saddam's Lawyer has filed for a temporary restraining order. If Saddam is still in US custody and they hand him over Us will be in contempt of court. Is this about the gist of it? This is so condusing!

he's in their custody and he will be executed at or before 6 AM Baghdad time, which is 5 hours and forty-five minutes away.

The only think I'm watching tonight is gonna be the SciFi Channel.

The 3000th soldier may already be dead, and just not reported. There's usually about a days lag in reporting the fatalities. None have been reported yet for today, but lately there's usually been at least four per day. Ironic that the two events should coincide so closely.

9. I made the same mistake earlier...

instead of starting at 12 AM midnight, it starts at sun rise. sun rise will take place at 7:05 AM Baghdad time. So 6 AM will fall within that time.
