Any Dem voting for IWR should be upping their responsibility to get a withdrawal
and be actively joining WITH those who opposed it to get that withdrawal plan voted on as soon as congress returns.

McGovern voted for war in Vietnam, but once he saw it was being sustained on false information, he led the efforts to bring it to an end - a task that took too many years.

The IWR vote did not lead this country into war, Bush was going anyway, but those who voted for the resolution do bear added responsibility to work to END it in any way that they can.
