A very sad day for America. GWB allowed or orchestrated a deep crime against humanity |
|
even with Saddam's crimes. I wish I was not American. I wish I could have stopped his presidency. I wish I never knew of his horror. It is not about Saddam. It is about our horrific acts. I am so sorry. I am sorry and ashamed. I wish I could change this horrible adminstratio and their actions.

3. This ain't gonna be good if Saddam's hanged. |
|
Does anyone really think the Saddam loyalists are just going to sit by and let it happen without a reaction?

4. Bush loves to execute people. Record number of executions |
|
during his term as governor of Texas. Won't he be so proud to have his trophy, Saddam Hussein, on his grisly mantle...

5. Saddam is a cruel brutal dictator. Having said that I really do not see |
|
what his execution is going to accomplish. Not that he does not deserve to be punished, but his death will not bring back the dead.
It is a short lived, hollow, and empty victory for the relatives and loved ones of those whose lives he had a hand in ending. If anything, I see them as losing another part of their soul to the senseless killing perpetrated by Saddam. I don't think that killing him will make them whole again.

6. Not to detract from your sentiment but |
|
your headline would be more accurate if it said "... GWB allowed or orchestrated YET ANOTHER deep crime against humanity"
This surely was not his first, or last. The bastard.

7. This IS NOT An America I Knew... The Idiot Is A Monster Too! |
|
I have lived through several presidents in this U.S. of A. that have made me very unhappy... the first of which was "The Dick Nixon" and thought he was as bad as it could get. As time has gone by it seems it's only gotten worse.
If one were to trace back to some of these Presidents, including Ford... who BTW I never felt all that much animus toward... one will find that some of the SAME characters are still here orchestrating our demise!
Another "Dick" worse than the first one, and a "Dick" who I feel is truly sinister, has pushed the envelope of "our" Democracy to the brink of ruin! I knew from the get go when The Idiot came on scene that it wasn't going to a fun ride, but I never thought it was going to be this destructive! I warned many many others in the beginning, even BEFORE the election of 2000 that there were some very nasty creatures on the horizon, but I felt they would not be able to win an election. AND THEY REALLY didn't, but all the same, here we are!
They kissed Saddam in the beginning and now they have seen fit to send him to the gallows! I never ever liked or trusted Kissinger and I truly think he has had his fingers in too many pies all these many years. But there are so many of them. I try never to use the word hate, but if there is really such a thing as karma.... well may each and every one of them get theirs IN SPADES! If it's true that life flashes before you in the end, may each one of them meet their own SATAN and may their souls wander in search of some PEACE that will NEVER be found!
But what really gets to me the most is that I feel these awful feelings and that I'm unable to let go of my anger because of them. None of us are without sin nor are we saints, but to have done what they have done, for whatever reasons they have is especially despicable!

8. Very sad. This is just not right. |
|
I remember when we invaded Iraq I was taking a Middle East history class in college, and we were even reading a book about Saddam Hussein at the time. I may not like the man, but it's still not right...
How could we in good conscience let them get away with this? We cannot.
