Remember Peter Arnett? Fired by NBC after interviewing Saddam. He was on CNN at 9:55pm ET
Said Saddam was senile since '98 0r '99. His two boys were in charge but battling for the spoils. Arnett said this explained the lack of a military response when the US moved in.

Interesting stuff.
