Sorry. I've read through a lot of the posts. Here's an alleged non-rethug with an opinion. An unpopular one, and one I don't agree with either. However, one could argue that the spelling issue is education related, or related to not being from this country. As a new poster, maybe the spellcheck is something that the poster doesn't understand. Who knows, maybe the poster is intoxicated. None of us have EVER done that, right? Right?

This all reminds me that the Republicans are in power because there are basically two types of constituents: those who live in fear and ignorance and greedy, selfish powermongers, and it's much easier to get lemmings to go in the same general direction (even if it's over a cliff). Democrats are generally a diverse (divided) group of people who think for themselves. We need to support political candidates who think for themselves, too, embrace that diversity and can tap into its power (Jim Hightower comes to mind but he's not interested in seeking political office...plus he's a Progressive). Too bad a third party doesn't have much of a chance.
