Why does the media think it's so normal that Iraqi government officials were dancing on the body?

Why does the media think it's so normal that Iraqi government officials were dancing on the body?
Frankly, I'm pretty disturbed that these puppets that the U.S. appointed would engage in such uncivilized and barbaric behavior.

2. Given the reports for the last few years,
I don't think the media would have any reason to be surprised if they blindfolded him, took cordless drills to his thighs and a cattle prod to his groin, and then sawed off his head with a steak knife. Or blindfolded him and let him wander around a street lined by IEDs.

Dancing on his body seems downright tame. Revolting in a different context, to be sure. But not in this context.

5. Iraq is a barbaric country.
Think about how many Iraqis have savaged each other. I am not surprised at the brutality that has gone on for so many years and is still raging.
